moving company. Recently there has been an increase in the number
of complaints. Of the last 100 complaints received, 11 were due to
broken glass, 8 shipments were sent to the wrong address, in 17
cases furniture rubbed together while on the truck, 5 shipments
were delivered late, in 14 cases the crew arrived late for pickup,
26 shipments had items missing, in 10 cases there were nicks and
scratches from rough handling, and in 9 cases some of the
upholstery was soiled.
