You would like to sell the puppies for $2,000 each. You know you need to have each buyer sign a contract so that there will be no misunderstandings in the future Mr. Snoop D. Dogg wants to buy one of your puppies but also wants you to confirm you are the rightful owner of the puppies and can sell them. Mr. Dogg eventually intends to show this dog at the premier dog shows in America and wants you to guarantee that the dog will be at least show quality. Also, Snoop D. Dogg is concerned that the puppy has been examined by a veterinarian and therefore wants to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of his choice and the sale would be contingent on the puppy passing this exam. If the puppy passes, Snoop D Dogg will pay for the veterinarian exam, but if the puppy does not pass, the deal is off and also seller pays for the veterinarian exam While you agree to the veterinarian exam, you want it clear that if the veterinarian finds Cherry Eye, demodetic mange, the sale will still proceed As the Seller, you are concerned and want Snoop D. Dogg to warrant that the puppy will have a proper home, area to grow up, will not be used in any dog fighting activity, and will have regular proper care Snoop D. Dogg does want to purchase but he needs to get cash from his concert which is not scheduled until next month. He therefore is willing to put down a S500 deposit with the balance of $1,500 paid after an expected delivery date to be agreed upon. Since you also have other people interested, if Snoop D. Dogg does not go through with the sale, you want Snoop D Dogg to forfeit the $500 deposit. Also, if Snoop D. Dogg does not pick up the puppy by the expected delivery date, you will charge a S10 a day boarding fee You also want Snoop D. Dogg to indemnify you if Snoop D.
